With over two decades of experience, Card Score Master (CSM) (placeholder name due to NDA) has built a name synonymous with accuracy and trust in sports card grading.

Its process-driven, expert-based authentication model positioned it as a leader in its niche.

But as digital-first collectors emerged, CSM realized that a dedicated mobile platform was essential to remain competitive, streamline submissions, and improve customer experience.

Phase 1: From Concept to Launch

Our team kicked off with a rapid discovery session led by CSM’s CTO. Once the initial scope was finalized, we designed high-fidelity wireframes and UI mockups, optimized for both Android and iOS users.

After receiving the approval on the design, we developed the frontend in React Native, giving CSM a unified codebase for speed and consistency.
